How can our oils be used?

There are a multitude of uses for all of the oils that we stock, below you will find out what you can do with our different oils.

Carrier Oils are often used for the dilution of essential oils, they may also be used for massage as these oils will allow the hands to move freely over the skin as they provide lubrication. They can also be used in soap making, lip balms, creams, lotions, ointments and the list goes on. Carrier oils can really be used in any form of skincare.

Essential Oils are often used for aromatherapy purposes, but some people do chose to use them for their scent alone. Essential oils can be blended with a carrier oil to create a massage oil, or they may be added to creams, lotions, ointments etc or can be used in soap making. Essential Oils can also be used in oil diffusers, baths and as a steam inhalation. Essential Oils should always be diluted before use on the skin, as they can prove fatal if applied directly from the bottle.

Flavour Oils are used in products which might be consumed, however they are primarily used in lip balms and lip butters, but they may also be used for candies, massage oils, edible powders and ointments which may be used around the mouth.

Fragrance Oils are used to add a perfumed fragrance to a product, they can be used in oil burners, creams, lotions, candles, pot pourri, incense, sachets, bath products, soap making etc
So, as you can see they large array of oils that we have on offer need not be overwhelming, especially when you discover how much you can do with them!!
